Introducing Forms Module

Our Forms module allows you to create various forms for different purposes such as applications, feedback, and more.

How to Enable the Module​

  1. Navigate to the GameCMS Dashboard.
  2. Go to Website Modules.
  3. Find the Forms Module on the main page and click Enable.
  4. Click the Settings button if you want to edit any of the module's settings.

View Submitted Forms​

  1. Navigate to the GameCMS Dashboard.
  2. Go to Website Modules.
  3. Select Forms from the menu.

Here, you will see all the forms your website users can submit. At the top, you'll find the Latest Submitted Forms, which you can view or remove using the buttons provided. Below, you'll see all the forms available for submission by your website users. You can click on them to see more details like:

  • On Hold: Forms that are waiting to be reviewed by you or your team.
  • Approved: Forms that have been approved by you or your team.
  • Rejected: Forms that have been rejected by you or your team.

While previewing a form, you can do the following:

  • Change the form's status.
  • Manage the user's groups (useful if you need to assign a user to a specific website group).
  • Send a Discord notification. If enabled, we will send Discord notifications for any actions taken, as configured in Discord Notifications.

How to Create a Form​

To create a form, please follow the steps in our Forms Categories Docs. Categories are forms that contain the questions you want.
