Vouchers

Store vouchers are an excellent way to offer your users amazing discounts and boost your sales.

Different Between Vouchers and Coupons

Vouchers provide a specific balance that can be used across multiple purchases until depleted, whereas coupons offer a discount on a single purchase or set of purchases.

How to Create a Voucher​

  1. Navigate to the GameCMS Dashboard
  2. Go to Store
  3. Select Discounts -> Vouchers
  4. Click the "New voucher" button

Voucher Options​

You will find the following options when creating a voucher:

  1. Name: The name of the voucher.

  2. Usability: How many times the voucher can be used.

  3. For a user: Specify a user if the voucher is meant for a specific user. If no user is selected, the voucher will be valid for all users.

  4. Voucher Balance: The available balance the voucher needs to have.

  5. Where it can be used: Determine where the voucher is applicable:

    • The whole store
    • Specific categories
    • Specific products

    If categories or products are selected, you will need to choose the valid categories or products from the select menu.

  6. Starting date: The date when the voucher becomes active.

The end date is set automatically to 3 years from the date of creation.
